Last updated: May 18, 2026
These Terms of use govern access to and use of the NAWÉ website (nawe.mx) and related digital services, including contact forms, resource downloads, and the online shop. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
NAWÉ provides professional consulting in strategy, communications, sustainable hospitality, and impact campaigns in Mexico and Latin America. The site is informational and commercial; service delivery is formalized through written agreements between the parties.
1. Eligibility
The site is intended for individuals with legal capacity to contract. By submitting forms or making purchases, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of the organization you represent, when applicable.
You may not use false identities, impersonate others, or use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
2. Permitted use
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. The following are prohibited, among others:
- Unauthorized access to NAWÉ’s or third parties’ systems, accounts, or data.
- Introducing malware, unauthorized mass scraping, or overloading infrastructure.
- Copying or redistributing site content without written permission, except limited personal non-commercial use.
- Using NAWÉ trademarks or materials in a way that suggests unauthorized sponsorship or affiliation.
- Posting or transmitting defamatory, discriminatory, violent content or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images, logos, downloadable resources, and other materials are owned by NAWÉ or its licensors and protected under applicable Mexican and international law.
Purchase or download of a digital resource grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive license for the buyer’s internal use unless a product specifies a different license in writing. No ownership is transferred.
4. Consulting services
Site information does not constitute legal or tax advice or a guarantee of specific results. Scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines for consulting projects are defined in separate proposals or contracts.
References to cases, figures, or media coverage are illustrative and may be updated without an obligation to keep the site synchronized in real time.
5. Digital shop and payments
Digital products are described on each product page. Prices may be shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase, you accept the current price and authorize payment processing through the enabled provider.
After payment confirmation, you will receive access to purchased materials as indicated (download link, email, etc.). You are responsible for providing a valid email and keeping your files.
Refunds are assessed based on the nature of digital products and applicable consumer protection law in Mexico. For requests, email jelpme@nawe.mx with your order number.
6. Forms and communications
By submitting the contact form or other forms, you accept our Privacy notice and authorize processing of your data to respond to your request.
We do not guarantee specific response times for messages sent outside business hours or during peak demand.
7. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites (social networks, payment providers, etc.). NAWÉ does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before interacting.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, NAWÉ is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or interruptions arising from use or inability to use the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Our total liability for claims related to the site or low-cost digital products shall be limited, where applicable, to the amount actually paid for the product or digital service concerned in the preceding twelve months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NAWÉ against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you provided.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms or site content at any time. The current version will be posted at this URL. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that may apply, except mandatory consumer protections in the user’s place of residence where local law requires.
